Task:

1. Responsible for analyzing and researching customer requirements, market and competitors; Responsible for making the whole customer support service product or service solution strategy development planning and roadmap; in charge of the profit and deliverability for service product or service solution;
2. Responsible for customer service product or solution framework designing, and key technology and methodology researching; Responsible for E2E technical management of service product or solution development.
3. Responsible for instructing senior engineer/engineer in analyzing customer requirements, market and competitors; Responsible for instructing senior engineer/engineer in developing service product deliverables and making the pricing strategy.
4. Responsible for cultivating mainstay staff.

Requirements:

1. Industry experience:
(a) Being in the telecom service product strategy planning or development for 5+ years;
(b) With the experience in providing and selling the comprehensive maintenance service solution for mature operator successfully.
(c) With the experience in developing and delivering service product or service solution according to customer’s requirement, with cost benefit analysis.
(d) With a good influence in the telecom business field.
2. Language competence: Fluent in English, English as working language. Good in Chinese is an added advantage.
3. Education: Bachelor or above, Electron communication and Computer Science specialty are preferred.
4. Personal ability: With strategic and considerate mind, customer-oriented, good initiative and communication skills, accept global work assignments/business trip
